We can provide a general estimate range of the cost to solve your problem with a short phone call. And, with our new Remote Technician Access Technology, we can even provide many computer troubleshooting services remotely - saving time and money for you!

For onsite service, it's only $79.50 per hour to enjoy the services of a real, live, plain English-speaking computer professional in your home or office*. Time beyond the first hour is billed at quarter-hour increments. State and local sales taxes apply, of course.

If we are able to use our new Remote Technician Access Technology to solve your problems, then a $39.75 minimum invoice charge applies. Beyond the first hour, time will be billed in half-hour increments. Standard hourly rates above apply.
